TLC Showcase
Here at TLC, we’ve shed our old look for a rebranded website, and recently launched our first TLC writers' showcase in association with Staple Magazine
. We will highlight a new writer every month who we have either helped to publication, or who have impressed our readers with their talent. This month's author is Angela Young, author of Speaking of Love. In addition, our editor Wayne Burrows has produced a cracking introduction, so do check out this new section and explore the range of writers we work with. Our Facebook discussion group
provides an open forum for discussion about the showcase and our events, and we would love to hear your tweets or retweets, so find us on Twitter at TLCUK.

Spring Highlights
Our Spring is full of literary highlights. On the 28th February, we have a remarkable evening featuring readings about Erik Satie by writer Richard Skinner, a TLC reader who now works at the Faber Academy and Goldsmiths. The readings will be accompanied by the music of Debussy and Satie, performed by the Tamesis String Quartet.
We invite you on the 17th March to see a spectacular one woman show about Emily Dickinson, a self-defined “one woman play about writing, acting and getting into Emily Dickinson’s dress".

TLC is Fifteen
TLC is fifteen this May! To celebrate we’ve created two must-not-miss special birthday events: 'How the Novel Works', an all-day Master Class run by writer and mentor Jacob Ross on the 7th May, and an evening celebrating the short story, with Margaret Drabble and Helen Simpson on the 26th May.
To book for any of these events and for further information about them click here. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Last Chance for Adventure
Last but not least, we only have a few spaces left for our Literary Adventure holidays from 26th March - 1st April and 2nd - 8th April. Spend two weeks in the Alpujarras mountains, sure to be rejuvenating and glorious - creatively, intellectually and geographically.
The writing sessions will suit experienced writers, as well as less experienced. Join Margaret Drabble, Nell Dunn, Jacob Ross, Rebecca Abrams, Chris Stewart and Michael Jacobs in a mesmerising setting at Casa Ana in Andalucia. For full details see www.literaryadventures.co.uk, email rebecca@literaryconsultancy, or call 020 7324 2563. If you can’t make it yourself, it would be great if you tweet our adventure and let others know about this unique experience.
