As part of the Free Word Flow Festival, TLC presents From Manuscript to Bookshop: Navigating the Publishing Industry, which explores how writers get published, and gives you a chance to pitch an opening to a novel or other work. Fiona Mountain, TLC client, whose novel 'Rebel Heiress' is published this September by Orion in paperback, will be in conversation with literary impresario Paul Blezard, who has chaired hundreds of events at the Hay Literature Festival. He will be joined by literary agent Broo Doherty, TLC's Rebecca Swift, co-founder of the Chichester Festival of writing, Greg Mosse and Professor Brenda Cooper.
